Education, training and the continuous development of professional skills are of particular importance to us. We support the attendance of our younger colleagues at specialist training events both in Austria and abroad, and we encourage international exposure via secondments, internships at international arbitral institutions and by furthering academic pursuits. We recognize the value for young lawyers in developing the ability to work independently and systematically. In order to enhance the language skills of our staff, we facilitate one-on-one language training for our associates. At the same time, we wish to ensure that our lawyers enjoy a healthy work-life balance as a necessary precursor to achieving full personal and professional potential. We are mindful to tailor the work load to the individual situation of each member of our team.
